3/10 The subject of the order includes the development of complete design documentation for the construction of a road to the investment areas. The task will be implemented in accordance with the Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in in the field of public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311), hereinafter referred to as the Special Act. As part of this order, the Contractor will also obtain a decision authorizing the implementation of the road investment. The scope of documentation includes the design of a public road approx. 750 m long, along with all the elements necessary for its proper functioning, in particular: 1) Road structure (road, shoulders, exits, sidewalks). 2) Service channel, if required. 3) Reconstruction, protection or removal collision with existing technical infrastructure.4) Permanent traffic organization and road safety devices.5) Land development in the road area.3.11.
