1. The subject of the order is the development of complete multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation along with bills of quantities necessary for the construction of a protective structure - a place to hide category U3 and functionally connecting it with the existing facility of the Starosty. District in Zgierz at ul. Sadowa 6a. 4. The planned protective structure will constitute an element of security infrastructure, intended to ensure the protection of office employees and people staying in the building in the event of a crisis situation or threats, taking into account the provisions of the OLi OC Program. The subject of the order is financed/subsidized by the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.5. The contractor is obliged to prepare complete multi-disciplinary documentation design/cost estimate to obtain all necessary opinions, arrangements, permits, design reports and other documents required by law, in particular the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law and other specific provisions. In addition design documentation should be prepared based on the requirements specified in section II, section 4 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law...
