Development of complete design and cost estimate documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR) as part of the investment task entitled: Energy modernization of public buildings - Zakad Usug Miejskich Muniserwis, ul. Przemysowa 33, Pock, along with obtaining the appropriate consent/consents from the architectural and construction administration authority authorizing the performance of construction works, if necessary, together with the possible provision of author's supervision, including: - Minimum scope (basic): development of complete design and cost estimate documentation as well as technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, along with obtaining the appropriate consent(s) from the architectural and construction administration body authorizing the execution of the works construction - if it is necessary to obtain them, i.e. a building permit, effective construction notification, depending on what is appropriate, and if necessary, obtaining more than one such consent. -Optional scope (option): Supervision author's.
