The subject of the order is the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation for an investment project involving the construction of a gravity-flow sanitary sewage system and a water distribution network in the Witnica agglomeration, along with carrying out all necessary studies, obtaining the required agreements, opinions and administrative decisions, as well as obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party a decision on a construction permit or effective notification of construction works in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Design and cost estimate documentation should enable the implementation of construction works in accordance with applicable legal provisions, in particular the Construction Law and the Public Procurement Law. The order concerns the development of design documentation for the area located within the Witnica agglomeration, in particular for the following streets: Krucza, Strusia, Lisia, Ora Bielik, Repatriantw, Rolna, wirkowa, Sosnowa, cieka Rybacka, Wierzbowa, Wdkarska and Wodna.
