Partyzantw 39;2) Task II: Primary School No. 2 named after Pope John Paul II in Ostrów Mazowiecka, ul. gen. Stefana Grot Roweckiego 6;3) Task III: Primary School No. 3 named after Janusz Korczak in Ostrów Mazowiecka, ul. Widnichowska 4 - together with: obtaining a decision on a building permit or notification of the intention to construct a building or construction works that do not require a building permit.
