Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of complete, multi-disciplinary design documentation for the new headquarters of the School Complex. Brother Alojzy Kosiba in Wieliczka (hereinafter referred to as ZS Kosiby), which will consist of: 1.1 a primary school building with land development, 1.2 building of a sports hall with land development, 1.3 building of a vocational training school with land development, 1.4 sports complex with land development near the facilities of the School Complex. Brother Aloysius Kosiby in Wieliczka, 1.5 building of a secondary school with land development. 2. The Ordering Party requires that it prepare separate design documentation for each facility, but obtain a single building permit decision while maintaining the possibility of implementation tasks in five stages. This is a necessary requirement to maintain the flexibility of the Ordering Party's further investment plans. 3.
