Tender Details

The project aims to create a car park behind the Bouillon municipal administration and behind “La Cabane”. The dimensions of the car park are approximately 50 m long and 25 m wide for 47 spaces intended for vehicles and 10 pitches for motorbikes. The car park is planned with a permeable grass slab covering for the parking areas and with an impermeable hydrocarbon covering for the maneuvering areas. The projected levels of the parking lot will follow the profile of the natural terrain, with a 5/4 embankment at the motorcycle parking lot. A gentle slope of approximately 2% is planned for its entire length, as well as the installation of three drains at the bottom of the trunk in order to collect the water collected by the grass slab areas. The slaughter of three trees, noted on the plan, will be necessary for the smooth running of the work. In return, the planting of a regional hornbeam hedge is planned all around the car park. A small retaining wall made of L-shaped concrete elements will be built along of the car park, on the administration side, in order to allow connection to the natural terrain at the access level. A vehicle access will be provided from the new esplanade. A new road trunk will be built, with an access slope of between minimum 5% and maximum 12% in places.
