Subject: The Rambouillet Territories Urban Community (Cart) manages the drinking water jurisdiction of three municipalities: Rambouillet, Bullion and Bonnelles. La Cart Decided To Initiate The Study Of A Master Plan And Zoning For Drinking Water Supply For the municipality of Bullion. This study must meet the following operational objectives: - Take stock of the drinking water supply - Examine all possible problems, whether existing or foreseeable. In the medium term: +15/20 years = More Under Development o In the Long Term: +30/40 Years = Amortization of Major Infrastructures-Analyze at the Feasibility Level All Possible Solutions to Solve Existing Problems and Anticipate Foreseeable Problems-Give them Means for the Community to make the right choices between the various options - Analyze at the preliminary studies level the solutions adopted - Make a general assessment of all the work and actions to be carried out and define priorities according to the issues (Particularly Environmental)-Guarantee That Water Resources and Infrastructure (Reservoirs, Pumping Stations) Have the Necessary Capacities for the Years to Come and Provide the Necessary Elements for the Development of Urban Planning Documents-Achieve To A Drinking Water Supply Zoning And A Program Of Works And Actions, Which Are Perfectly Compatible With The Financial Means Of The Community And Its Current And Future Urban Planning Documents-Bringing Together All The Necessary Elements To Justify the aid to which the community can claim; Without being a guarantee of obtaining subsidies, the scheme must at least ensure not to lose any - Put in place a permanent diagnosis of the infrastructures, in particular by the implementation Placement of sectorization meters, so that the community can optimize its management after the study (in particular: reduction of drinking water leaks).
