Tender Details

The project consists of the renovation of a 1, 700 m² space located on the 2nd floor of an existing R+7 tertiary building on a basement level, with a view to creating a psychiatric care establishment. The existing building, for exclusive use daytime activities (offices and consultations), has nine levels. Only the 2nd floor will be reclassified as ERP, the other levels retaining their Labor Code (BUP) status. The common areas of the ground floor used by the public (entrances, elevator landings) are also included in the compliance scope. The establishment receives the public by nominative invitation, supervised and accompanied, with systematic access control. For the carrying out of this work, the platform will be completely free. However, the rest of the building will remain in use, particularly on the ground floor.
