The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Eight Hundred Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and 21/100 Only (PhP 13, 809, 335.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2021-INFRA-074. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
