The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred One Pesos and 32/100 Only (PhP 5, 385, 701.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2021-INFRA-075. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
