The subject of the contract is the complete supply and installation of electrical equipment according to the project documentation for the construction "Development of the availability of community social services - construction of CHB service facilities in the Nové Město nad Metují location". The subject of the supply of electrical equipment is specified by the attached project documentation and measurement statement. All technical conditions are listed as minimum (or maximum according to their nature) and binding. The supplier is entitled to offer performance with better parameters than those that are determined by the contracting authority as minimum, or maximum according to their nature. In such a case, the supplier is obliged to prove that the parameter offered by him really represents a better fulfillment of the given technical condition. In the case of requirements for the color design of the elements, it is possible, subject to the agreement of the architect and the client, to change the color, if this color does not affect the final price of the element. In particular, an integral part of the subject of the public contract is: a) transportation to the place of fulfillment, assembly, installation, introduction to operation, including verification of its functionality, performance of all operational tests and prescribed tests according to the relevant applicable legislation, verification of declared technical parameters; b) briefing ("training") of personnel; c) issuance of a training report, or personnel briefings, and a protocol authorizing subsequent personnel briefings in the use of the subject of the public contract for the designated worker user; d) signature of the transfer protocol; e) provision of comprehensive...
