Tender Details

1. As part of the investment, it is planned to: 1) revitalize the existing greenery and make new plantings of managed and ornamental greenery, excluding invasive alien species, in accordance with applicable regulations, 2) liquidation of informal pedestrian routes (walkways) and tidying up the internal communication system, 3) partial liquidation of the existing elements of the market equipment (shopping stalls), 4) separation of a recreation and relaxation area equipped with elements of small architecture, in particular benches and waste bins, incorporated into the designed greenery, 5) construction of a brine (sonic) tunnel, constituting an element of small architecture, located in the central part of the study, in the place of the existing spring, 6) changes in location and replacement of the existing spring by moving it to the green zone, while maintaining the utility function, including water abstraction for domestic purposes, 7) reconstruction of the existing wall by making passages approx. 0.90 m wide in the places of existing holes and making an additional hole in the southern part of the wall, 8) reconstruction of area lighting, aimed at improving lighting parameters, in particular...
