4.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) The scope of works includes the execution of construction works in accordance with the documentation, SWZ, contracts and applicable regulations, including in particular: 1) Reconstruction of viewing platforms at the Kocielny Pond, consisting of on the replacement of damaged wooden surface elements, balustrades and renovation of existing benches.2) Modernization of existing infrastructure, i.e. footbridges and piers.3) Construction of a new footbridge over the Rowacz watercourse with a steel and wooden structure.4) Equipping the area with small architecture elements, i.e. garbage bins, bicycle racks, benches, boards and a notice board.5) Construction of the main pedestrian and walking route made of granite cubes.6) Construction of pedestrian routes with lighting.7) Construction of lighting for monuments through the installation of floodlights.8) Care and maintenance of greenery.9) Preparation of an as-built inventory.
