Subject of the order: Development of an architectural and construction design, including a technical design, reconstruction of premises no. 7 and 8 at ul. Niepodlegoci 1 in Koszalin for one independent residential premises along with investor cost estimates. Scope of services:- preparation of an architectural and construction design, including a technical design, covering the following sectors: construction, sanitary and electrical, - preparation of investor cost estimates for the construction, sanitary and electrical industries, - obtaining technical conditions from appropriate media owners, - preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, - preparation of a chimney sweep opinion for design purposes along with an inventory of chimney flues within the premises being rebuilt, - agreement on the design within designed works in common parts of the property with the Property Manager. Justification for not dividing the order into parts. Due to technological and implementation reasons as well as rational spending of public funds, it is not possible to divide it into parts.
