The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of technical support services, servicing and development of the ordering and recall system for the Ostrava National University (hereinafter also "FNO") according to the required parameters specified in Annex No. 1 ZD - Technical specification. The contractor states that it currently uses the "MediOrganizer" ordering and calling information system from ARTiiS GROUP, a. s. to fulfill this purpose. In order to ensure the client's needs in the field of IS, a variant solution is allowed: VARIANT 1 - technical support, service and development of the ordering and recall system and OPTION 2 - Replacement of the existing ordering and recall system, including technical support, service and development.
