The main purpose of this contract is the development of town planning documents for Troyes Champagne Métropole, in particular the relaunch of lot no. 2 concerning the development of an Intercommunal Local Urban Planning Plan of Troyes Champagne Métropole. In accordance with article R.2113-4 of the Public Order Code, market services are subject to a firm tranche and 2 optional tranches defined as follows: Farm slice: PLUI study, agricultural diagnosis and Environmental assessment of PLUI -Study of the PLUI including diagnosis, drafting of documents, presentation report, PADD, regulations, graphic boards, OAP, annexes; -Agricultural diagnosis, the summary of which will be included in the presentation report of the PLUi (the complete diagnosis will be annexed to the presentation report). -Environmental assessment of the PLUi.
