3. Subject of the order: 3.1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works for the project called Modernization of the Water Treatment Plant in the towns of Rzeplin, Minoga, Cianowice, Smardzowice in the Skaa Commune. The subject of the order is the second fragment of v as part of the task entitled Development and modernization of sewage and water supply facilities in the Skaa commune.3.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Justification for not dividing the order into parts: 3.3. The division of the order is unjustified. Objects construction works being the subject of the contract, each constitutes a technically usable whole and its division would be unfavorable for the ordering party. Moreover, the scale of the order is small and, due to the content of the terms of participation in the procedure and the offer evaluation criteria, it should be assumed that the order can be performed by an averagely prepared and experienced small or medium-sized entrepreneur from the construction industry, specializing in construction works in the general construction industry, operating on the relevant market.
