The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one partner for the creation of a Health Statistics information system, which enables the collection and reception of data from healthcare service providers, other companies, and national registers and systems. The aim is to reduce the administrative burden of statistical data submitters and TAI in submitting and collecting and managing statistical data, using modern technological solutions for the digitalization of business processes, data collection and data management, and for automation. With the development, it is intended to replace the currently used health statistics and health-related economic activity statistics collection environment (A-web) and other forms of health statistical data collection to replace the current with an information technology solution. The basis of the system analysis and development work is the business analysis performed in 2025.
