Tender Details

The purpose of the contract is: - The development of solutions based on the APPIAN platform on behalf of the Yvelines Departmental Council; - Maintenance of the PAPYRUS solution, scalable and composed of maintenance and corrective, adaptive, regulatory; - Study services, technical and functional assistance, as well as training services. The contract takes the form of a mixed price contract, comprising: · A fixed price part corresponding to the corresponding to corrective maintenance of solutions developed based on the APPIAN platform and associated telephone assistance. The amount of this fixed portion appears in the DPGF of the Act of Commitment (AE); · A variable part with purchase orders (or purchase orders work equivalent to purchase orders), issued as and when required, corresponding in particular to: · Services for the development of new solutions, evolutions of solutions, assistance in carrying out requests, · Additional services :project management, specific developments, training, personalized assistance on development requests, reversibility, etc. The form of the contract is single-award, that is to say that each contract will be concluded with a single economic operator
