The subject of the order is the development and maintenance of the Ninateka.pl website along with mobile and Smart TV applications, in particular:

I. Creation of the Ninateka.pl website, consisting of:

a. website Ninateka.pl,

b. mobile applications

c. smart tv app

d. content management system -CMS

II. Hosting services for applications listed in point 1.

III. Video coding, packaging and encryption mechanisms

IV. CDN service enabling the delivery of video materials presented on the Ninateka.pl website

V. Maintenance and development services provided within 24 months from the launch dateof the new website Ninateka.pl

VI. Data migration services from the Ninateka.pl website operating on the day of signing the contract to the ordered solution, including:

a. Text content migration

b. Migration of multimedia content

c. Images

d. Encrypted video

e. Unencrypted audio

VII. Warranty services, transfer of licenses and copyrights,

VIII. CMS training for editors and system administrators.

The subject of the order should be implemented in accordance with the details specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix 1).
