1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and development services for the GEOINFO System: 1.1. in the scope of the basic order: 1. The Contractor will perform modifications to the System for the Ordering Party, including: 1)providing new and modernization of existing functionalities of the System used in KAS, in accordance with the requirements set out in point 4.1. OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: Defined Development; 2) providing new and modernizing existing functionalities of the System used in KAS in a number not exceeding 736 person-days, in accordance with the requirements set out in point 4.2. OPZ, hereinafter referred to as: Notified Development, 2. Provision of the System Maintenance Service in accordance with the requirements contained in point 5 of the OPZ. 1.2. within the scope of the covered order option: 1) Providing new and modernizing existing functionalities of the System used in KAS as part of Requested Development, in a number not exceeding 950 person-days, in accordance with the requirements set out in point 4.2.
