Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a framework contract with one bidder for ordering the development and maintenance of the information system supporting the management of the basic data of payments and incomes made to natural persons and related data exchange services based on of the customer's need to order both output and working hours. The contractor estimates that 90% of the financial volume of the framework contract will be ordered for working hours and 10% for results.
