E -arh.si project: NOO 2022-2025/2026 is placed in the recovery and resilience plan (NOO) and contains five project tasks (hereinafter referred to as PN), including PN3 upgrading existing and development through modern technologies and artificial intelligence new methods to help with evaluation and selection archives. The PN3 is planned to develop and implement the web portal uiarh.si to support the evaluation and selection of digital archives.
The project will be established by the tool, uirh.si portal that will allow the use of a hybrid approach: a combination of UI and an expert judgment of archivists, It allows faster, more accurate and more objective decisions. The central task of the developed tool will be support in identifying, evaluating and selecting digital archives, focusing on the material in the file systems in personal computers and network disks in the first phase.
Project Includes six phases:
1. OPPORTANCE OF THE PROJECT FOR PERFORMANCE (PZI) - Preparation of Detailed Project Documentation (PZI), which will serve as a plan for the development and implementation of the tool and the basis for the implementation of further stages.
2nd Development of the UIARH.si on the infrastructure of the selected provider - development of basic functional Portal versions (alpha version), which includes key functionality for material processing and a test environment for the operation of the solution during the project implementation.
