The subject of the public procurement includes the development and implementation of a software solution in support of the General Directorate "European Competitiveness Funds" (DG EFK) at the Ministry of Innovation and Growth. They are included in the execution of the order the following stages and activities: Data and requirements analysis stage for all activities Stage "Development of a system project" for all activities Software Solution Development and Testing Phases for Activities: For Activity 1: "Monitoring and analysis of indicators by the PKIP and PNIIDIT programs, including the possibility of interactive monitoring and accountability" For Activity 2: "Analysis and slices of data integrated with ISUN with a specific focus on the needs of DG EFK. Strategic analysis on project information (ISUN + internal registers of DG EFK)' About Activity 3: "Productions and Debt Tracking" About Activity 4: "AI FRAUD DETECT" - Pilot AI system for detecting risks of fraud and irregularities in the management of EU funds" "Implementation" stage for all activities Stage "Training" for all activities.
