This contract aims to provide the technical support necessary for the development of the activities of the OOFS consortium. The main objectives are as follows: - The development of the software described in the DCC OceanPrediction architecture document, as well as the associated documentation, installer and configuration tool. - Its implementation in operational services in Africa - Provision of support and capacity development to each African institution in charge of operations that will form the consortium. - The co-design and co-development, with members of the OOFS Consortium, of a set of visualization tools for exploiting the results of regional and coastal services.
