To develop and implement six solutions based on artificial intelligence (hereinafter - AI) for the automation of the administrative processes of SIA "AMIT Baltic" (customer application processing, knowledge management, team cooperation, task and project management, time planning, business analytics), as well as purchase software licenses, system integration services and employee training solutions for use and maintenance. Development and implementation of AI solutions to automate and optimize internal administrative processes, including customer request processing, knowledge management, team collaboration, task and project management, time management and business analytics: 1. Customer request processing module - automates analysis, prioritization and response with the help of AI generation; 2. Knowledge base module - AI consolidates and analyzes information from various sources; 3. Team cooperation module - AI provides task delegation and information exchange; 4. Task and project management module - AI automates the task formation and management of priorities; 5. Calendar and time management module - MI integrates timekeeping and activity planning; 6. Business analysis module - AI generates reports and data analytics; 7. Software licenses: Required licenses for AI platforms and integration tools; 8.
