This consultation defines the specifications and conditions for carrying out the various works necessary for the opening and development of the route network. It is understood that prior to the presentation of its offer, the The bidder will assess the nature of the work to be carried out, the difficulty linked to the environment of the site and the topography of the land as well as any constraints linked to their implementation.
