INVITATION TO BID:
FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF GOVERNMENT CENTER, PARKS AND PLAZA, MONUMENTS AND FACILITIES (ITB No. 11- INFRA-2025)
1. The Local Government Unit of Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur through General Funds intends to apply the total sum of Fifty Million (₱50, 000, 000.00) Pesos being the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract below:
“Road Concreting, Walkway, Parking Area, Landscaping, Drainage and Manhole, 28 Units Streetlights (100W, 220V, AC LED Streetlights, Daylight), 28 Units 6 meters Single Arm Conical Pole with Anchor bolts”
bids received in excess of the budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
