DEVELOPMENT OF AGRO-INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS CENTER (PHASE 1 ADDITIONAL)
1) The City Government of Butuan, through the City Engineering Department-Special Purpose Appropriation-20% Development Fund (Continuing Appropriations) under City Ordinance No. 7280-2025 (SB# 5-2025) intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 19, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of Agro-Industrial Business Center (Phase 1 Additional). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Butuan now invites bids for the project entitled Development of Agro-Industrial Business Center (Phase 1 Additional). Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
