1. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, through 20% Development Fund to apply the sum of Six Hundred Four Thousand Six Hundred Three Pesos and 81/100 (Php 604, 603.81). Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of Acquired Lot for Expansion of Sanitary Landfill at Brgy. 20, San Jose, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Development of Acquired Lot for Expansion of Sanitary Landfill at Brgy. 20, San Jose, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Work is twenty-eight (28) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a SLCC similar to the Contract to be bid.
