Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Development of 820 Residential Lots
Undertake All the Activities and Processes Necessary to Facilitate the Development of 820 Residential Lots on 329 Acres of Land, at the Albion Housing Development in Manchester, including but not Limited to:
• Investigate, Plan and Design the Civil Infrastructure for the Development
• Obtain All the Related Design Approvals
• Prepare the Tender Documents to Facilitate the Procurement of the Contractor for the Works, and Evaluate Bids Received
• Participate in the Tender Process for the Procurement of the Contractor, and
• Address All Design Issues that may Arise during the Implementation of the Works.

Proposal packages are available from the GOJ-s e-procurement (GoJEP) portal https://www.gojep.gov.jm as of Tuesday, December 21, 2021. Bids must be submitted online on or before 11:00 am on Thursday, January 27, 2022.
