Brief description of the tender: The subject of the tender contract is the development of the Responsible Pelagic Fisheries Certificate (RPFM) and the representation of Estonian interests according to the service description provided in Appendix 1 of the HD. The procurement contract enters into force upon conclusion and is valid for the contractual period until obligations are fulfilled by both parties. The duration of the project is up to 24 (twenty-four) months from the entry into force of the contract. The final report of the project must be submitted to the customer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the certificate has been developed.
