The SPW MI wishes to implement a PMS (Pavement Management System) type management system intended to plan and optimize the maintenance, rehabilitation and renewal of its road, motorway and RAVeL networks. This system should make it possible to make strategic investment decisions taking into account the condition of the roads, their speed of deterioration, the types of interventions and the budgets available.
