The subject of this public procurement is the determination of a consultant service contractor in connection with the construction of an object: "Implementation of emergency galleries between the tubes of the "Echemishka" tunnel on the "Hemus" AM.
The purpose of the public procurement is for the Road Infrastructure Agency to appoint a contractor for consulting service (construction supervision) in connection with design and construction (engineering), preparation of a complex report for assessment of compliance with the main requirements for construction and technical control under the "Constructive" part, and exercise of construction supervision during construction of the object, and in this connection a contract was concluded for its implementation, with a view to carrying out quality construction of the object in accordance with the regulatory requirements and compliance with the agreed deadlines.
Like 2/3 of the galleries were drilled from the left tunnel tube.
Their length is for evacuation gallery 1 30.76 m and for evacuation gallery 2 31.18 m.
Their bright cross profile is F=7.30 m2, formed in the vault along a circular curve with R=1.45 m with center C1 and for the walls with R=2.80 m with center of rotation C2, thus ensuring the width of the evacuation route 2.70 m. The longitudinal slope in gallery 1 is 4.66% and in gallery 2 - 3.96%.
