The procurement is to solicit Engineering services for the detailed design for replacement, reconstruction of Algonquin culvert over Spring Creek. The existing culvert will be demolished, removed completely and replaced with new similar or larger span structure if recommended by the hydraulic modelling and approved by TRCA.
The design is expected to be completed by May 2026. Anticipated release of the construction tender is June 2026 with construction starting by July 2026 and completing by December 2026.
