Expression of Interest are invited for Detailed Design Needed for the Gatumba Border Market.

Restriction: The Design Office should have the following qualifications: Justify of a relevant experience of at least 5 years in the design of construction, rehabilitation of commercial buildings and public works, (with at least three references of similar missions Justify of a relevant experience of at least 5 years in the field of control / supervision of construction and public works (with at least three references of similar missions). Consultants can partner with other firms to strengthen their respective skills in the form of a solidarity group or a subcontractor agreement. A Consultant will be selected according to the Quality and Cost Based Selection Method (SCQS) as described in the "Procurement Regulations for Borrowers seeking Investment Project Financing (REIT)" from the World Bank, version of the 01/07/2016 ".
