The procurer wishes to enter into a procurement contract with one provider for the execution of detailed analysis and development work (hereinafter referred to as work) of a comprehensive software development solution. The purpose of the procurement is to create the infertility treatment module of TIS, where the Estonian central infertility treatment database is located and where the all TTOs licensed by the Board of Health and the Board of Medicines for obtaining and handling artificial insemination and related cells and tissues shall transmit data. The stages of the work are indicated in the technical description of the procurement (p. 3.3).
