Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
DESKTOP COMPUTER
(PR-2026-9999-00325)
1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund - Annual Budget of 2026 - 9999 - 10705030 Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php160, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Desktop Computer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Desktop Computer. Delivery of the Goods is required 07 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
