Offers are submitted to the Ministry-s office in the Hijaz building until the end of the official working hours on 3/27/2024 within three envelopes. It is placed in a fourth envelope: The first contains temporary insurance and the required documents in the conditions book and the second on the technical offer


The third on the financial offer is written on all the name of the bidder and the contents

Final insurance 10% of the contract value
