INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR (TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS)
DESILTING OF RIVERS (PURCHASE OF DIESEL)
1) The Municipality of Dingalan, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of the Eight Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos & 25/100 Only (P 821, 966.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Desilting of Rivers (Purchase of Diesel)/ NP-07-2026-002 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Dingalan now invites bids for Desilting of Rivers (Purchase of Diesel)/ NP-07-2026-002 using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required 80 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project
