Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is:

1.1. Conducting, execution, delivery and assembly of two new cutting tables with all connectors for 10 dental shredder with a comb cassette, intended for existing Lippold Gmbh GmbH Model Lirec VZS 3.10 and VZS 3.12, ROC.disappear 2020 (reworking lirec VZS 3.1-12 per lirec VZS 3.1-10);

1.2. Craining, execution, delivery and assembly of a new set independently rotating grinding shafts (4 pcs) 10 dental/knife for LIREC VZS 3.1-12 I LIREC VZS 3.1-10, ROK 2020,, made of steel adapted for crushing municipal waste (characterized by very high heterogeneity), along with all elements enabling their work, i.e. with bearings and protective cover, with the contracting authority in both shredders wants to use 10 dental shafts/nożowe;



1.3. Warranty prepayments, including the filming and reconstruction of the working surface of the tables ("teeth"), i.e. reinforcement with welding technology (anti-anti-anti-teeth) in the device without dismantling the element (dismantling of shafts enabling work on the contracting authority) carefully at least 54-63 HRC. Including the first afterexecution and installation of the table, and then on average every 3 months (i.e. every 1, 400 hours of device operation) of use for the warranty period; i.e. 8 inspections (i.e. a total of 800 hours) and removal of failures, parts, quick -impact parts and consumables (e.g. oil) during the warranty period...
