Brief description of the tender: The tender will solve the problems caused by rainwater in the town of Tootsi, where mostly apartment buildings are located. Most of the rainwater from the roofs of apartment buildings is absorbed into the existing green area. The drainage water of the properties is directed into the storm water pipes of the streets, in order to protect the ground from the accumulation of excessive moisture. When the split-flow system is built, the amount of rainwater fed into the wastewater treatment plant decreases, which reduces disruptions to the operation of the wastewater treatment plant during periods of heavy rainfall. The purpose of the procurement is to properly solve the drainage of rainwater in the V-2 and V-3 catchment area of ​​Tootsi township. In order to achieve the goal, the Kesk tn split sewer system will be designed, as a result of which rainwater will be directed to a nearby ditch and wastewater to a sewage treatment plant. In addition, the reconstruction of the amortized rainwater pipelines on Ehitajate tn. and Kooli tn. in Tootsi town must be designed.
