Designing in connection with the facade cladding and thermal insulation system of TRLK Cherni Vrah Preparation of complete project documentation in the volume and content necessary for issuing a Building Permit, in order to improve the general condition of the TRLK facade Cherni Vrah, in the part of it that is covered with wood. The purpose of the project is to improve the condition of the facade after its implementation and to guarantee the normal operation and durability of the complex. The design will be carried out in stages, in conceptual phases and technical design as follows: Stage 1: the designer should present a concept with an architectural solution in three variants, including the types of materials and their technical characteristics, as well as details for fastening the structure as indicated in The technical specifications of the Contracting Authority; Stage 2: Development of a Technical Project based on the approved Conceptual Project of Stage 1, in scope and content as specified in the Technical Specifications of the Contracting Authority. Perform copyright supervision during the construction according to item 3. of section IV "Requirements and scope" of the Technical specifications of the Contracting Authority. Performance of unforeseen design services under the conditions specified in item 4. of section IV "Requirements and scope" of the Technical specifications of the Employer.
