The subject of the public procurement includes the development of investment projects for construction, reconstruction, overhaul, including the implementation of measures for energy efficiency of buildings, as well as the development of investment projects of objects from the improvement infrastructure such as parks, gardens, children's, sports and fitness grounds. The subject of the order also includes the exercise of author's supervision during the execution of the construction. The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude framework agreement pursuant to art. 82, para. 2 of the ZOP with not all conditions defined, with one contractor. Investment design contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement will aim to improve the neighborhoods in the "Slatina" area, creating a better living environment in the area.
