HVK's company preparedness 360 concept compiles preparedness recommendations and related services together, organizes them into sub-units and forms a platform for connecting various services to the whole in the future as well. The concept creates a clear and usable entity for HVK and pool secretaries and especially for companies using the services, and it is planned to be completed in 2026. In order for the effectiveness of the contingency services to be as high as possible, HVK wants to invest in their for effective implementation and communication. The goal of the project is to improve the usability, accessibility and effectiveness of services related to strengthening companies' resilience. In addition, the goal is to strengthen HVK's processes and expertise related to service management and development. The assignment meets this need, where overall development and service design play a big role. HVK acquires an expert resource estimated to be distributed between two people at the most 250-270 person-days. In order to effectively integrate the acquired project person(s) into the operations of the Maintenance Safety Center, the customer requires that the person(s) participating in the project work at least two days a week In the premises of the Service Security Center (Aleksanterinkatu, Helsinki), unless otherwise agreed separately.
