The municipality of Enschede wants to contract one designer/architect who, in phases and in consultation with the municipality, future users and other stakeholders, will draw up an integral design for the conversion/renovation of the monumental building on the corner of the Korte Hengelosestraat and Brammelerstraat, the former V&D building.
