Tender are invited for 1.Architect of Record for the project; resolving questions and issues; interfacing with and informing owner and user representatives; controlling and ensuring high quality construction; containing costs; and staying on schedule. 2. Surveying site, permitting, coordinating and ensuring connections of allutilities. 3. Completing the Design: Design Development, based on the previouslydeveloped mission statement, Operational & Design objectives Design Criteria, Space program, and schematic Design. Design Development to includearchitecture and all engineering disciplines.4. Preparing Construction Documents, including architecture and all engineering disciplines.5. Preparing Working Drawings, including architecture and all engineeringdisciplines. 6. Design site, including retaining walls, water retention system, pedestrianwalks, internal drives and parking.
