Design shall cover the work required to renovate the interior of Building 2263 (B2263), correct interior and minor exterior deficiencies from previous renovation efforts, installation of a standby generator, and various site work items. The building is classified as historical, so shall require review and approval of applicable design elements through appropriate historical agencies.
