This service market relates to the appointment of a stability design office (LOT1 - Stabilite, independent, clothing) and a Studies office in special and responsible techniques PEB (Lot2-TS, PEB) for the study and control of the execution of the overall renovation of the B40 building located in the Vallee 1 district in SART-Tilman, in close collaboration with technical managers The real estate resources administration of the Uliege (ARI) which are responsible for the wholesale parts (excluding stability), completions, furniture and equipment as well as overall coordination. Uliege's internal services also act as a project for the game architecture . The renovated B40 building will accommodate a BSL2 office and laboratory program in the office part and in the Halle part of BSL3 laboratories and animals. BSL3 activities will be the subject of a separate design and building market. The contractors will collaborate for Define the necessary expectations and connections.
